In order to get paid for the work we do, we have to actually move something. On a job, you will be paid to complete tasks that an employer has set before you. Once you complete that task, you are paid with money or some other sort of compensation. At school, your teachers give you tasks to complete and you are paid by being given a grade or points. When you earn money at your job, or earn enough points at school, you are given more freedom to do the things that you want to do. The harder and smarter that we work, the more freedoms we can have in our lives. Of course, I always say that the hardest working students in my classes are the ones that flunk every assignment given to them. It takes a tremendous amount of work and energy to ignore me all class period long! ; )
